ORDER PREPARATION
Orders typically require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.
During holidays, new releases, or periods of higher order volume, preparation may take up to 6 business days.
SHIPPING FEE
A flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies unless a different rate is displayed at checkout.

Canada, United Kingdom & Australia
10–16 business days
Other International Destinations

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier conditions, destination, holidays, weather, and customs procedures can affect arrival times.
TRACKING
When your package ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
It may take 1–3 business days for the carrier to display the first tracking update.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.
Where shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.
Customs clearance may also extend delivery times.
ORDER CHANGES
Need to correct your delivery information or request a cancellation?
Contact us at service@mrqnasse.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and affected item so we can review the issue.
If a shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost in transit, contact our support team for assistance with an appropriate resolution.
